MEET THE COACH
Daniel, a fitness coach with more than 14 years in the fitness industry, began his journey as a kickboxing athlete which he persuade for around 6 years.
This foundation led him to explore functional fitness and boxing, shaping his understanding of diverse training methodologies, exercises and coaching techniques.
During this time Daniel found himself in the field of functional fitness and bodybuilding, refining his techniques and exploring the synergy between strength training and functional movement. This period marked a pivotal phase in his evolution as a fitness professional, laying the groundwork for his future endeavors.
At the end of this phase of performing functional fitness and bodybuilding, Daniel shifted his focus to CrossFit, becoming an athlete and certified coach for over 4 years by now.
His coaching approach integrates lessons from martial arts, functional fitness, and CrossFit, aiming not only for physical transformation but also holistic well-being., mindset and overall lifestyle adoption.
